River Referral

FAQ

We are a referral-only company where real estate licensees can practice real estate on a referral-only basis. We do not provide brokerage services. Our licensees do not engage in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, or appraising real property. River Referral can only refer customers and clients and receive compensation for that referral, once it closes.

A referral agent is a real estate licensee who can refer customers and clients to the brokerage and receive compensation for that referral, once it closes. A referral agent can’t engage in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, or appraising real property.
