HOW IT WORKS
It’s simple. Refer business. Once the transaction closes, you get paid. You won’t have to pay typical real estate association fees.
- You must have a “current” real estate license in Florida.
- Sign up and pay River Referral’s annual fee.
- When you come across someone looking for a REALTOR® or know someone who needs real estate services, refer them to River Referral.
- Your referral will be sent to a brokerage and assigned to a REALTOR®.
- Once the deal closes, River Referral will receive a commission check.
River Referral will deduct a small percentage of the commission earned, and you, as the Referrer, will earn a large percentage of the total.
- River Referral will send you a check.
