You must have a "current" real estate license in Florida.

Whenever you encounter someone in need of a Realtor® or real estate services, simply refer them to River Referral and let us handle the rest.

Once the deal closes, River Referral will receive a commission check.

Your referral will be sent to a brokerage and assigned a Realtor®.

River Referral retains a small percentage of the commission, ensuring that you, as the referrer, receive the majority share of the earnings.

It is a simple and potentially lucrative way for agents to make money by leveraging their real estate license and networks.
