River Referral is a Limited Function Referral Office. Join us if you have a current real estate license and do not currently belong to a brokerage.
By joining our office, you will be able to refer customers and clients and receive compensation, without having to pay REALTOR® dues. You will not be able to engage in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, or appraising real property. If you’d like to resume these activities, you’ll need to join a traditional brokerage
River Referral is perfect for a licensee who:
- No longer desires to work with buyers, sellers, or renters
- Does not want to pay REALTOR® dues or E&O insurance
- Has a current real estate license
- Wants to “refer only”
- Desires to earn extra income
